Car and Coach Rental Terms & Conditions
By using our vehicle rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Charges and Billing
- Time and kilometers will be charged from garage to garage.
- Services for more than four hours will be charged under 80 kilometers and 8 hours.
- All parking charges, toll taxes, and state taxes will be charged extra based on the original receipts. If any state taxes are paid in advance, 1/3rd of the tax will be charged based on the actual receipt.
- For package travel, all parking charges, chauffeur charges, and state taxes are included.
- Service tax will be charged on the gross invoice as per government norms.
- In case of payments made by credit card, an additional 2% card charge will apply.
Vehicle Usage
- Once the vehicle leaves our garage, we will charge for the service regardless of whether the vehicle is used or not.
- In case of mechanical faults or mishaps, we will require time to reach the location for vehicle replacement. However, if the client arranges their own transportation, charges will apply up to the point of the incident.
- In the case of AC failure, AC rates will be charged up to the point of failure. From that point onward, we will compensate up to 15% of the total running charges.
Payment Terms
- All payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice presentation. Any delay in payment will attract a 2% per month interest/levy charge.
- In case of complaints, we must be informed at the time of service to enable us to resolve the issue immediately. Complaints after services have been completed will not be entertained.
- Our office is open 24 hours to handle any emergencies or complaints.
Delays and Force Majeure
- Any delays in arriving in Delhi due to natural calamities or disasters (e.g., landslides, earthquakes, floods) will be borne by the client.
- We are not liable for any compensation related to technical failure in the vehicle or accidents resulting in loss of productivity or work hours. All vehicles are comprehensively insured, and such claims must be pursued with our insurance company.
Luggage and Personal Items
- We are not responsible for any luggage or personal items left in the vehicle. If found later, the items will be delivered to the client’s address at additional charges.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
- From the reservation date until 30 days prior to departure: 10% of the gross amount or a minimum of 1 day’s charges will be charged.
- Between 29 to 15 days prior to departure: 25% of the gross amount or a minimum of 1 day’s charges will be charged.
- Between 14 days to 2 days prior to departure: 50% of the gross amount or a minimum of 1 day’s charges will be charged.
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to departure or no-show: 100% of the gross amount will be charged.
Driver Safety and Rest Breaks
- For safety reasons, all chauffeurs will take a 15-minute rest after two continuous hours of driving, and a 15 to 30-minute break after four continuous hours of driving.
- No eatables, alcoholic beverages, tea, coffee, etc., are allowed while the coach or car is in motion.
Damage and Breakage
- Any breakage or damage to the vehicle due to negligence or mishandling by the client will be the responsibility of the client or related company.
Price Changes
- All prices and packages are subject to change based on fluctuations in petroleum prices or state taxes without prior notice.
Legal Jurisdiction
- Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only.
